Welcome to Chatty, a Discord AI chatbot ("Chatty", "we", "us", "our"). These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of Chatty. By using Chatty, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use Chatty.

Privacy:

Chatty does not store or sell any user data. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not collect any personal information without your consent. Chatty temporarily stores user conversation history, in order to give Chatty - the AI, context of conversation. To delete this data, simply end your conversation.

Use of Chatty:

Chatty is intended for use on the Discord platform. By using Chatty, you agree to comply with Discord's terms of service and community guidelines. By using Chatty, you also agree to our terms of service, and our privacy policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

Chatty is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of Chatty or the information, content, materials, or products included on Chatty. We also do not condone anything the AI, Chatty says, or implies. Do not take it as, or in substitute for the truth.

Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of Chatty, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Academic Dishonesty:

The use of Chatty is restricted to non-academic purposes only. Under no circumstances may Chatty be used to cheat academically, including using it to write homework, essays, or any other assignment. Any violation of this restriction may result in the termination of the user's access to Chatty, and if applicable, will be reported to the educators in charge. 

Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Your continued use of Chatty following the posting of changes to these Terms will mean you accept those changes.
